About Collibra Coaching
Collibra Coaching is the perfect solution for a team that needs technical direction or help maximizing value, but not a full-time consultant or project resource. Going beyond break-fix issues, Coaching can help with complex ‘how-to’ questions and customizations, while providing the flexibility to use the hours in an ad hoc way, or aligned with key project milestones, upgrade cycles, and more. In short, Coaching can help you:
- Mentor team members so they increase their skills and competence
- Provide best practice-based advice
- Assist with troubleshooting complex configurations and customizations
How to access Collibra coaching services
Determine the number of coaching credits needed or choose from our 3 tiers:
- Silver – 24 credits per year
- Gold – 48 credits per year
- Platinum – 72 credits per year
Work with your Collibra representative to procure coaching credits.
Once you have purchased the credits, scheduling a session could not be easier!
- Go to our Coaching dashboard (web or mobile friendly)
- Choose from the available topics, and schedule your session.
- While booking, there is a place for you to provide information to the engineer in advance to maximize your time during the appointment.

Enhanced Coaching
Need assistance with a more complex task? Enhanced Coaching lets you use 8, 16, or 24 coaching credits to work with a dedicated Architect. For those with more than 8 coaching credits, you can schedule a scoping call above. If you are interested, but do not have more than 8 Coaching Credits available, please email coaching-services@collibra.com.

Technical Lineage is designed for Data Engineers, Data Architects, and other technical stewards to view a detailed, end-to-end lineage graph of the data objects in your external data sources.During this session, we will provide:
- A product overview and resources to learn, understand, and prepare for Technical Lineage
- Best practices for efficient technical lineage integrations via BI tools or JDBC connections.
- Guidance on setting up, configuring, and troubleshooting technical lineage (via Edge or Lineage Harvester)
Before scheduling this session, please verify the following:

- The connection details of the source you want to integrate with are available and accurate

Collibra Insights
Collibra Insights captures all your reporting data from Collibra and enables you to build reports to visualize the data. The reporting data layer can retrieve vast amounts of data while retaining history and without jeopardizing Collibra's front-end performance. You can then use the Collibra Insights widget on your Collibra dashboard to show Tableau reports or any report that can be shown as an iframe. If you're not using Tableau, you can still leverage the definition of the SQL view.During this session, we will discuss all the steps in detail, but the coaching session will not initiate the entire process. To complete setup (discovery through configuration) of Collibra Insights, talk with a Customer Engineer or Services Manager about Enhanced Coaching.
